We've found each other. My hope is that we will connect and one day practice yoga together. It would truly bring me joy to help you discover all the benefits the yoga tradition offers, such as: increase strength, flexibility, improve sleep, support you through the changes of menopauses, lift mood and more. You will feel it and nowadays research shows evidence how it can contribute to your physical and cognitive health. This is an opportunity to re-ignite your natural rhythm and find balance, to explore and reflect, to develop healthy habits and to create space for yourself. I have been practicing yoga since my adolescence. I have been blessed with the right guidance at the right times, and I am so greateful for the yogic learning from great teachers such as Sandra Sammartino, Karen Claffey, Robin Golt, Barrie Risman, Matthew Sanford, Hervé Blondon, Deep Priya and Tao Porchon-Lynch. I am a certified yoga teacher in Hatha Yoga, Somayog, Somatic Embodying, Hormonal Yoga, Person with disabilities Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Meditation, as well as certified in massage and fitness training. While I am teaching, I am always studying yoga and continue my Sadhana (my practice) I have a Bachelors in Therapeutic Recreation Education from UBC, and a Masters in Adult Education from Université de Montréal, and am a Lecturer at Concordia University in the Applied Human Sciences department where I have been training futur recreation therapists. |

Anne takes her time to observe and ensure participants are assuming the poses correctly, while also proposing options and fun challenges. I have been delighted to discover yoga’s foundational philosophy with Anne and integrate this in my life. After a session, I feel so good and relaxed, particularly in my shoulders and hips.
I have even learned to apply some of the yoga teachings in other life situations. Now, I possess a greater level of awareness whereby I can see that each day is composed of numerous little moments of joy.
